Keeping a man interested takes NOT keeping him interested. Yup. The more you volunteer to do for him, the less interest he'll have in you!
Men generally need the chase. They need to pursue you, not the other way around. So when it appears to them that you are TRYING to keep them close… they may feel trapped, and will often just back away.
Therefore the best way to keep them interested is to continue to grow as a person. To grow as an interesting women that he would want to be around. Additionally…
Don't ask him to dinner… unless of course, he fixed your brakes. You can let him know in conversation the things you like to cook, and then you can even ask him about the kinds of foods he likes… but, then, let him do the asking. Let him tell you that he would enjoy tasting your cooking.
Be friendly. Be kind and patient… but do not be a door mat. Let him think that you are worth the chase!
Don't ALWAYS be available. That makes you seem too easy. But most of the time, when he asks for something, tell him you would enjoy doing it for him.
Have your own interests. Be interesting. Take time for friends and family. Show the kind of person you are… a person who loves and cares for family and friends.
Be interested in his interests, but not to the point where it looks like you are trying to keep him.
Command respect. Not — demand. Which means he knows… that because of the kind of person you are, that you deserve respect.
Be kind to his family, but don't try too hard.
Don't talk about your past relationships unless asked. Let him decide whether he wants to be interested.
Be confident, but not cocky.
Don't act anxious… but instead, just enjoy his company. Show him what he'd be missing if he didn't already have you.
When he wants to hold your hand, let him. When he wants to pull you close, let him. Then enjoy.
But, do not give away any part of yourself to him that he has not earned. He needs to know that you don't come cheap, and that you won't always say yes just because he wants something. Then this will make an even deeper impression on him of your value… which will make him want to treat you better… and even treat you with love, if the relationship is destined to reach that point.
Then before you go home, look deeply into his eyes and smile… leaving a lasting impression in his mind.

Heck, being a good woman, BARELY keeps a man. The only thing that’ll keep a man, is A MAN THAT WANTS TO BE KEPT! #Period
It's only a man who wants to stay that will stay. You can't keep an unwilling man. He'll just frustrate you.
One painful thing most guys do is that the moment they're tired of the relationship, instead of them to just say "I can't continue", they'll just be frustrating someone till you get tired and end it.
Well you can force a horse to the stream but can't force it to drink water.
